The Approaches I Use

Utilizing CBT, ACT, DBT, MB-EAT, mindfulness, meditation, and yoga you’ll be able to decrease the mental chatter of your mind, ground yourself to the present moment even in the midst of intense emotions, and rebuild a relationship with your body. Yoga, meditation, and therapy are an excellent combination for recovery as they have the ability to reconnect the mind and body and through that reconnection, build self-love, acceptance, and compassion.

The Services I Offer

I offer individual outpatient therapy. Individual sessions are either in-office, in-home, or online.  Sessions include psychotherapy, yoga, coached meals, and/or meditation depending on your needs and interests.

New Client Evaluations are 90 minutes

Ongoing Sessions are 45 minutes

As I am an out-of-network provider, with the exception of Medicaid, Medicare, and HMO insurance plans, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for services from your insurance company. If you have questions about coverage, it may help to speak with your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment.

The Individuals I Work With

I work with individuals ages 12 and older. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you if you are ready to embrace life and learn to love and accept who you really are. I can guide you out of that trapped feeling when it seems like your thoughts and emotions control your life. I would love to help you break free from obsessing about food or your body and appearance. I can assist you with reconnecting to your body if you’ve had a history of over/under-eating or over/under-exercising. If you struggle with depression, anxiety, an eating disorder, disordered eating, self-harm, or substance use, I can help you uncover who you really are.
