I would be honored to support you, your business, and your clients. Please message me here or through WhatsApp with questions and for scheduling.
Oscar Wilde is credited with saying: “Every saint has a past, and every sinner has a future”. The same exists for public speaking. Every speaker must start somewhere and usually that means facing your fear. In the above photo from 2019, unplanned, Corrine nervously stood up to briefly share her story of recovery. (Completely unsure of what came out of her mouth, she's still here to tell about it, and will tell you that people even clapped.) Her advice- just do it!
Corrine was the President of Grand Strand Toastmasters for one term from 2023 into 2024. In 2024, after winning the Club, Area, and Division Contests, she won second place at the Toastmaster's District Level International Speech Contest.
If you click the link below to learn more about Toastmasters, you may even attend a meeting with Corrine at either Grand Strand Myrtle Beach Toastmasters or Rivertown Toastmasters Club in Conway, SC.
The individuals and businesses you will find under both categories of recommended services are those who I consider to be the best at what they do. With so many options of providers and avenues for exploration, it can be confusing to narrow down. As I no longer offer individual sessions, please utilize the resources in these sections to further guide your journey. Please reach out to them with questions and know that I am not affiliated with any of these individuals or businesses and do not receive any financial incentives.
Ursula Duffy is a compassionate and knowledgeable astrologer. She has read my chart on a couple occasions, helping me make sense of the energies impacting my life. My related online recommendations: Birth Chart at Astro.cafeastrology.com, Mayan Astrology at Starroot.com/dreamspell, or Human Design at Geneticmatrix.com. Too many rabbit holes? Get Ursula to simplify.
I would recommend Heather Stubbs for Remote Spirit Release. She and Sandra Green, the medium with whom she works, have assisted me on a few occasions when I, as an intuitive empath, was bogged down by Earth-bound spirits and dark energy in other's homes. My book Recommendation: Spirit Releasement Therapy by William J. Baldwin
I have been a long time supporter of Kim Raring and know her ability in Akashic Reading and Holistic Nutrition. I am so excited she has added Journey Dance to her repertoire. My somewhat related cookbook recommendations: Love Real Food by Kathryne Taylor (of Cookie and Kate) and Love and Lemons: Simple Feel Good Food by Jeanine Donofrio. Or discover your Ayurvedic dosha with the Banyan Botanical's quiz then ask Kim to check in with your soul and help you decide where to start.
Based out of Southern New Jersey, Erica Onofrio offers amazing services like Intuitive Reading and Reiki, Sunset Paddle and Meditate, and Reiki Trainings. I also completed my Reiki Master with her. My book recommendation: Abundance through Reiki by Paula Horan. Want to watch something? Watch Finding Joe on Youtube (about Joseph Campbell) and then get Erica's help to clear your path energetically and give you intuitive guidance on next steps.
Based out of Southern New Jersey, Dr. Theresa McReynolds supported me physically and energetically in a period of intense transformation. My somewhat related book recommendations: Energy Medicine for Women by Donna Eden and You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay
Heartfulness meditation is the most beautiful and simple meditation practice I can recommend. I am certified as a trainer and recommend the groups in Southern New Jersey. If you're not in the area, on the Heartfulness App you can sit with a trainer from anywhere in the world. My book recommendations: The Heartfulness Way and Designing Destiny by Joshua Pollock and Kamlesh D. Patel. Want more meditation options? Use the Insight Timer App
This association combines the best of both worlds, in my opinion, and is an excellent stepping stone for therapists looking to advance their training and for clients looking to advance beyond traditional talk therapy. When I was a licensed therapist, I spent some time involved with an ACEP group of incredibly talented therapists also trained in energy healing. My, unrelated to ACEP, book recommendation: Metaphysical Anatomy by Evette Rose
Kim Anami is the best I have found in the realm of sexual healing and empowerment. I have participated in four of her salons or salonettes. I highly recommend her products and services for men and women alike, especially in our day and age. Not ready for that? Start with her podcast: Orgasmic Enlightenment or read The Red Tent by Anita Diamant
Amanda Ellis is a wonderfully gifted intuitive and I have found much validation and solace in her Youtube videos over the years. New to her work? Look up her video on Duality and Unity Teaching or anything from the her Heart Squad Series. Check out her sprays for protection, chakra support, or connecting to the Elementals and Ascended Masters. Not ready for any of that just yet? Read these book recommendations to expand your mind: A Return to Love by Marianne Willamson and Meet your Soul by Elisa Romeo
More interested in the intersection of science and the metaphysical? I loved attending Dr. Joe's Week Long retreat in Cancun after having read a number of his books. Need healing? Request a Coherence Healing. I was incredibly grateful to volunteer and to experience this myself. My book recommendations: Becoming Supernatural, You Are The Placebo, and Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself. Rather watch something? What the Bleep Do We Know? or Heal. Want a different perspective? See the HeartMath Institute
Tony Robbins is my spirit animal and I mean that with the utmost respect. When I visualize who I want to become, it is Tony Robbin's counterpart- smaller and full of feminine force. I first started with his app: Ultimate Edge before attending Unleash the Power Within. As I haven't read his books, I recommend these somewhat related ones: Release Your Brakes by James Newman, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, and The Power of Awareness by Neville Goddard
Raised Methodist, I have attended Catholic masses, Unitarian Universalist services, and sat in Quaker meetings. I see the benefit to each path as there must be a road home for all souls. I, presently, resonate most with the values and principles at Unity. Based in Christianity, it bridges religion and metaphysics with the understanding that our thoughts create our reality. You can find Unity Myrtle Beach services on Facebook. Books I recommend: Living Buddha, Living Christ by Thich Nhat Hanh, Even Mystics Have Bills to Pay by Jim Rosemergy and Discover Your Divinity: A Modern Guide to Affirmative Prayer by Linda Martella-Whitsett and DeeAnn Weir Morency.
As a Super-Sensor, after many challenging experiences with plant medicine, there is only one location, outside of the country, that I will recommend. This, the Universe will have to guide you to.
However, if you are considering plant medicine:
1) Do not participate in illegal ceremonies held in the US, especially when the components of what you are using do not grow here- it may not feel safe and is not very energetically supported
2) Research what you are drawn to and only speak with individuals who will not instill fear in you
3) Do not watch ANY videos on the experiences of others. Yours will be unique to you and will give you what you need, not necessarily what you want
4) Before going- clear your body, mind, and home, with love. Set your intentions gently and approach the ceremony and medicine with humility, reverence, and respect
5) Prepare to meet your maker and be reborn. Plant medicines are NOT to be taken lightly
Concerned with what I mentioned? Sit, meditate, get out in nature, do breath work, participate in any of the programming above, and wait. If you are called, you'll know when the time is right. Plants are not meant for "recreation", that is a misuse of their power.
Books I recommend (not all plant medicine oriented): Be Here Now by Ram Dass, The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer, or, for something funny, Who Ordered This Truckload of Dung? by Ajahn Brahm. Would you rather watch something? Watch plant medicine documentaries on Gaia or anything by After Skool on Youtube.
